At My Luxury Sauna ("we," us," or "our"), we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased from our website, www.myluxurysauna.com.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard ShippingFREE Shipping on all orders shipping to the continental US states with an order value $1000 or higher.
  • Flate Rate Shipping of $55.00 -  Applies to all orders with an order value of $1000 or less.
  • Customs and Duties: We take care of all paperwork associated with cross border shipping
  • No Hidden Fees: All shipping costs are included in the total price for orders with a value of $1000 or more at checkout. There are no extra hidden shipping fees.
  • Crate Delivery Information: See Helpful Delivery Tips section on product pages for more information regarding large crate delivery.

5. Order Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. 
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before Cut-Off Time, 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day.
  • Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Estimated Transit Time

  • Transit Time: Typically, transit is expected within 2-9 business days after the order handling time of 1-3 business days. Transit times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Total Estimated Transit Time: For items that are in stock, the estimated total delivery time is 12 days. For large custom/made to order items (such as Saunas, cold plunge tubs, hottubs, furniture etc.) please contact our customer service team at support@myluxurysauna.com for build date information and accurate delivery times as they may vary depending on the time of year and volume of orders.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Please Note: Transit times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

7. Order Changes & Address Modifications Policy

  • At My Luxury Sauna, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Please note the following guidelines regarding changes to orders after shipment:

7.1 Pre-Shipment Order Changes:

If you need to make any changes to your order, such as modifying your items or shipping details, please notify our customer support team at support@myluxurysauna.com immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes are generally no longer possible.

7.2 Post-Shipment Address Changes:

If you need to modify the delivery address after your order has been shipped, please be aware that a $250 address change fee will apply. This fee helps cover the administrative costs and potential shipping delays incurred by rerouting the package.

8. Missing Items

  • Reporting Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).
  • Resolution: We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you are located outside this area, please contact us at support@myluxurysauna.com for inquiries about possible international orders
  • Insurance: Shipments are insured against loss or damage. If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly, support@myluxurysauna.com

9. Trucking Company Storage:

  • After a sauna has shipped and arrived at the local delivery terminal, if the customer does not respond quickly to calls to arrange a delivery appointment, needs to determine how to unload the crate, needs to provide an alternate phone number or any other reason which creates a delay to the delivery of the sauna and the trucking company starts to charge storage fees, these storage fees will be the customer's responsibility to provide payment.

10. Shipping Damage:

  • Our suppliers take great care in packaging products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@myluxurysauna.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair.
