Customers have the right to request a return for eligible products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: The product must be in unused condition, free from damage, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return request.
  • EXCLUSIONS:
    • Custom & Made-to-Order Products: Custom-designed or made-to-order products, including but not limited to saunas, cold plunge tubs, and tiki bars, are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns. These products are manufactured specifically for each order and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

    • Email support@myluxurysauna.com or call 1 (800) 254-3208 within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide detailed return instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and if applicable, a return shipping label.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Packaging: Securely repack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and free items (if applicable) are included.
  • Documentation: Include the return authorization form and any other requested documents.
  • Shipping Label: Attach the provided shipping label to the package.

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping service for the return.
  • Return Window: Ship the item within 7 days after receiving return authorization.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or an error was made in the order.
  • Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Company Responsibility: If the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an error on our part, My Luxury Sauna will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

  • Inspection and Approval: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
