How do I choose between a sauna and a cold plunge tub?

Both saunas and cold plunge tubs may support wellness in unique ways. Saunas are often used for relaxation and may help with muscle recovery and stress relief through the application of heat therapy. Cold plunge tubs are popular for their potential to stimulate circulation, boost alertness, and alleviate muscle soreness through cold water immersion. Do you offer installation services for your products?

While we don't offer direct installation services ourselves, most of our products include manuals that provide clear instructions for straight-forward assembly. Additionally, Most of our products come as easy-to-assemble kits, perfect for DIY projects. If needed, qualified contractors in your area can also assist with the installation.

How do I maintain my sauna/cold plunge tub/tiki bar?

We provide detailed care and maintenance instructions for each product to ensure longevity and optimal performance. Generally, regular cleaning and proper storage during off-seasons will keep your My Luxury Sauna products looking their best for years to come.

 What is your manufactuer's warranty policy?

Please refer to individual product pages for product specific warranties as they may vary by product.

Dundalk Leisurecraft Inc.

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labour costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.

Scandia Manufacturing Inc.

Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty and are mentioned on their packaging or in their documentation. We do not provide any warranty over and above the manufacturer's warranty.


If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any item purchased through My Luxury Sauna, please contact our Customer Service dept at support@myluxurysauna.com. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.

Northern Leisure Products Inc

Manufacturing Warranty of 3 years is in effect for most products. For questions regarding warranty on Northern Leisure Products please contact us directly at support@myluxurysauna.com for specific situations. We would be happy to assist you with any inquiries.
